What is a readiness score?
It's a daily, explainable signal built from your sleep and recovery data. It suggests whether to train, modify, or recover — and always shows the why behind it.
Who can see my health data?
Only you, by default. Coaches see readiness context only with your explicit, granular, and revocable consent.
Is there a free plan?
