Data permissions & trust

Health signals are read-only mirrors of your mobile data, gated by consent.

For coaches
See only what each client chooses to share.
For clients
Grant, narrow, or revoke access at any time.

Privacy by default

Health signals are yours, until you choose to share them

Readiness, recovery, and sleep are private to you by default. Sharing context with a coach is explicit, granular, and revocable — and every shared panel carries a visible consent badge.

What we left out

On purpose, not by oversight

Three things you won't find in Kinetiqo — and why.

  • No streaks

Consistency is a habit, not a guilt trip. Missing a day shouldn't reset your worth.

  • No shame loops

Rest days are framed as productive, never as failure. Recovery is part of the work.

  • No dark patterns

No engagement bait, no nag notifications, no cancel mazes. Leave whenever you want.

Frequently asked

Common questions about how it works

Which devices sync readiness signals?
Apple Health and Google Fit on launch, with Whoop and Garmin shortly after. All sync is read-only and gated by consent — Kinetiqo never writes back to your health store.
Does Kinetiqo work offline?
Yes. Workout logging, programme viewing, and check-in drafts all work offline. Your data syncs the moment you reconnect.
Can I export my data?
Yes — at any time, without contacting support. Workout history, readiness logs, and check-ins are exportable as CSV or JSON from your account settings.
What if a client doesn't want to share readiness?
Sharing is opt-in and granular. A client can decline entirely, share only specific signals, or revoke access at any time. The coach panel shows consent state clearly so there's never an assumption.
Is there a free tier?
There's a free plan for solo clients and a 30-day trial for trainers — no card required. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
