Do I need a coach to use Kinetiqo?
No. Solo mode gives you the morning brief, workout player, and progress tracking for free. Add a coach later via invite code if you want shared accountability.
Is my health data shared with my coach?
Only what you choose to share. Sharing is opt-in, granular, and revocable — you decide which signals (sleep, HRV, recovery) your coach can see, and you can switch them off at any time.
What happens if I miss a day or a week?
Nothing resets. There are no streaks to break and no shame loops. Missed days are factored into your readiness, and the next session adjusts accordingly.
Can I switch from solo to coach-led later?
Yes. Add a coach with an invite code at any time. Your training history, photos, and check-ins come with you — no migration required.
What devices do I need?
An iPhone or Android phone. Optional: a wearable that syncs to Apple Health or Google Fit (Apple Watch, Whoop, Garmin, Oura) for sharper readiness. The phone alone works.
