By accessing or using the Kinetiqo website or platform, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Kinetiqo. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The service

Kinetiqo provides a coaching and readiness platform for athletes and coaches. This website currently presents information about the product. Features described here may be in development, and we may add, change, or remove features over time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Kinetiqo lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its systems, or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Misuse another person's health data or share it without their consent.

Not medical advice

Kinetiqo provides fitness and readiness information to support training decisions. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read on Kinetiqo.

Intellectual property

The Kinetiqo name, logo, content, and software are owned by Kinetiqo Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission. You keep ownership of the data and content you provide.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we provide the service on a reasonable-care basis and are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that arise from your failure to follow these terms or professional health advice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last-updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Kinetiqo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
